it takes a steady hand...

We practice fine motor skills and coordination in PreK.  Stringing beads and peeling stickers are two of our favorite activities to practice these skills.  I mixed different shaped beads, colored beads, and letter beads so the students could create their unique choices of necklace.  
 We also reviewed our number recognition and counting with a sticker activity.  The students were asked to put the number of corresponding stickers on each line moving from one to ten.  The stickers they used were small and tricky to peel off but everyone completed their work.  Look at the concentration needed for this task. What hard workers!
