News from the Toddler Class....

This week we focused on color recognition, patterns and counting. We used bear and bead counters, magnets and flash cards.

I am so proud of the toddlers for becoming more familiar with the classroom routine and schedule. I have noticed a lot more confidence emerging from the toddlers in their ability to problem solve and their curiosity to experiment with new materials.

Our outside activities included funnels, tubes, cars, teeter totters, and conquering the rock wall!

Next week we will be exploring the letter "B". (letter and sound) Sensory and creative art activities will demonstrate what we've learned about the letter "B" and will connect familiar items to this letter: ball, balloon, bug, blue...
