Feeling Thankful

I'm incredibly thankful for the amazing staff we have here at GHCC and for the families and students of our school.  Last week PreK talked about many of the things that they are thankful for and their answers were honest and sincere.  They are thankful for their pets, families, food, and much more.  Thank you parents for trusting me to care for your children!

Some our activities from last week were trains and magnets.  Both of these constructing activities encouraged sharing, language development, and cooperation.

Students strengthened math skills using a pair of late dice and an assortment of glass stones to count, organize, and sort.
Other fun things found inside the classroom; play dough with alphabet cookie cutters, sea life dominoes, and blocks.
After having a few students away from school due to illness or vacations, we were happy to have all of our friends back together again.
We had extra special entertainment last week from students using the puppet show.
Wishing you all a very Happy Thanksgiving!
