I Scream, You Scream, We all Scream for Ice Cream!

This week we were introduced to the rhyming and the letter i. We practiced saying i is for ice cream. We used our pointer finger to write the letter i in the air and talked about vertical lines and dots.
We also continued working on our fine motor skills. For this dot marker activity we followed lines and curves, counted and created patterns of our own.
Here are some friends using scissors. We started by marking our "scissor fingers" blue so that we had a guide to help hold our scissors up right and correctly. We practiced snipping, cutting and opening and closing.
Outside we had a great time in the cars and working on the carpet with blocks and dinosaurs.
