The Cast of Characters in Mrs. Dottie's Class

Each student in my class has unique characteristics.  Some children love to be photographed, while others shy from the camera.  Here they are in all of their glory!

Pajama Day

Based on the level of excitement in our classroom, the highlight for December was our Pajama and Hot Cocoa Day.  The children loved dressing up and enjoyed the hot cocoa while listening to my paraphrased reading of the Polar Express.

It's raining, it's pouring, the children are splashing!

Music with Scarfs

Mrs. Danielle brings different items for the children to use during our music class.  Dancing with scarfs is one of our favorite things to do.

Painting the Wall

Painting with water outside is a fun experience.  The children love to watch their 'art' evaporate into thin air. This group of children were squished together like a can of sardines, but they respected each other's space, made comments about their friends artwork and and shared water from their cup when asked.  Teamwork at it's finest!

Decomposing Pumpkin 2016

These are the most recent pumpkin photos.  I hope we are able to observe seed germination soon!
